MANILA - Investors should bet on property this year, as the construction boom gets a lift from Year of the Earth Dog, a feng shui expert said Friday.
Those born in the Year of the Snake will be lucky with money. Those born with the water element should venture into water-related businesses, said Rhys Suiza Schmidt.
"Right now we have the Earth element. Those in the business of real estate is booming this year," Schmidt told ANC's Early Edition.
"If they want to have a very successful business, it should depend on their element also. If they’re sign is into Earth, their business it should have something to do with Earth," she explained.
The year will be "very positive" for the Philippines, she said.
